How to use products that you redeemed points for

STEP 1: Redeem points

  1. Redeem your points for a voucher using the "Verify/exchange points" menu on your My Page.
    In cases where you redeemed points on the website, your voucher will be sent to your registered sending address (Basic Address, Sending Address 1 or Sending Address 2) in approx. 2 to 3 weeks.

Important notes on redemption of points for products

  • Products are subject to change without notice.
  • Hotel vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • If you wish to have your product sent to an address other than your Basic Address, you will need to register a "Sending Address 1" and/or a "Sending Address 2" using "Verify/change account information" on your My Page.
  • Delivery may take longer than normal depending on the time of year (Late April to early May and the New Year's holiday period to be specific).
  • The date and time of delivery cannot be designated.
  • Please note that we cannot resend products due to incorrect addresses, etc. Please check the sending address before redeeming points.
  • We cannot field inquiries on the arrival of products when 3 months or longer has passed since the points were redeemed.
  • Please note that we cannot accept product changes, returns or exchanges after redemption procedures are finished.
  • Family members and friends of cardholders may also use this service. However, the reselling of products is prohibited.

STEP 2: Arrival of product and reservation

  1. To use accommodations, you will need a reservation.
    After your product arrives, please make a reservation at the designated counter using the 14-digit redemption request acceptance no.
    Please note that there are cases where your requested reservation cannot be accepted as well as cases where facilities are not open for business, have had the content of their business changed or have temporarily suspended their business for season-based reasons. Check with the facility prior to using it.

STEP 3: Use your product

Please do not forget the voucher sent to you when using your product.
Hand it over to a staff member at the facility where you will use the voucher.
